In Cuba, almost all of the dogs are small, and many of them wear clothes --- they are simply part of the larger Cuban community. Throughout the day, it is not unusual to see one of these dapper dogs, unleashed, walking right along with the human pedestrian traffic, clearly on his way to somewhere. What you never see in Cuba is a dog chasing a car -- dogs in Cuba are much too civilized for that ;)
